aMule on eMulen lähdekoodin pohjautuva ed2k-verkossa toimiva [[P2P|P2P-asiakasohjelma.]] Se siirtää tietoa tehokkaasti, ja tiedostojen haku on nopea. Sen käyttöliittymä toimii [[wxWidgets|wxWidgetsillä]], joten se sopeutuu hyvin käytössä olevaan työpöytään. [[Debian|Debianiin]] aMule asentuu näppärästi:

aMulen nettisivulta löytyy rpm- ja tgz-paketit.
